Yes, I went cycling again today! Not so much to report from today but I'm very pleased as I cycled another 12 miles or so today

I went for a little walk by the river and there I saw some stripy fish in the water and a DIPPER! The water was beautifully clear so I could see the dipper swimming under the water. There were slso grey wagtails about and what I think was a dunlin or an early-arriving Knot - a small wading bird. There were also song and mistle thrushes, blackbirds, yellowhammers, chaffinches, house sparrows, robins and wrens!

Oh, and I had a nice cup of coffee and a ham roll
