Tai got hold of a fledgling sparrow while she was on holiday at my aunts. As some of you already know, there is a colony of house sparrows under the eves of her house. She thinks Tai must have picked up the fledgling from around there. Tai took it into the house where my aunt took it off her, the fledgling appeared unharmed so she took it to the hedge outside the kitchen window and in no time the parents were down feeding it so hopefully it was no worse for wear!
