Sainsbury's planned to use wonky and mis-shapen fruit and veg as special treats for kids at Halloween, but bonkers EU regulations that dictate what size and shape our veg should be brought a halt to these plans. As much as 20% of UK fruit and veg is wasted because of these stupid regulations while in other parts of the world people are left to starve.

Jeesh, as long as it's edible, why does it damn matter?

Hell, even if humans aren't gonna eat it they should give it to animals.

other countries eat fruit and veg as they come out of the ground. In greece they still have the soil etc on them . They DONT fool around with things

If you grow your own they come out all shapes and sizes its just silly it was fun seing potatoes with lumps and bumps on them gave them a charactre.. Mr. Green
