Foun this list of possible veg to row in a greenhouse -

Beets
Broccoli
Brussels Sprouts
Cabbage
Carrots
Cauliflower
Celery
Cilantro
Fava Beans
Garlic
Kale
Lettuce
Parsley
Radish
Spinach
Swiss Chard
Turnips

I might try a perpetual spinich which is meant to have a milder taste than normal spinach
