I've ordered some patio apple trees online. Fingers crossed they'll arrive soon and in good condition!

I ordered the lemon trees and a lime tree for my Mum. They weren't at all successful!

I'm sure your Patio Apples will be better!

My patio apple trees have arrived! They're only little babies right now Laughing Will have to find some pots for them now so I'd better take a trip to the garden centre I think!

Well I put my patio apple trees out on the patio and now they will be getting hammered by the rain! Hopefully they are strong enough to tolerate the battering!

Are these dwarf apple trees? How big do they get? I've always wanted my very own apple tree, but I have so little space...

I think they grow to around 4 feet. Other varieties of apple tree can also be kept small (as little as 6 feet or so) by pruning them to the height wanted.

Four feet, wow! Do they actually produce edible apples or are they just ornamental?

All three of my patio apple trees are now flowering! Never paid much attention to thm over the winter and didn't cover the pots with insulation but they made it through! Fingers crossed I'll get some apples this year! My two apple trees from Lidl are doing great too! Mr. Green

One of the trees I bought from LIDL has LOADS of apples on it. Will have to remove some I think. There isn't that much showing on the other tree though. Of my three smaller trees one has one apple Laughing
